Natural onyx marble is heavy stone and 
breakable.
Shipments are packaged FRAGILE.
We ship to the continental US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Boleika.com customer service team hand wraps and reinforces each product with substantial bubble wrap and packaging. Boxes are labeled FRAGILE and those over 10 pounds are also labeled HEAVY.

Our products are generally shipped within 1-3 Days, processing time varies depending the specific product order.  Greenscapes are made to order and shipped as soon as possible. 

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily with FedEx unless shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO Address. 
The following services are available for domestic orders:

  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery: 1 – 5 Days, Varies by proximity.
  • USPS will be substituted for orders shipping to PO Boxes of APO/FPO addresses. Expedited delivery is generally not available to APO and PO Box locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are estimated by calculating the size and weight of box(es).   We do our best to consolidate items and pass along our low shipping rates. Now matter how we eventually package and ship your order, what we quote on your order will be the amount you pay. 

Packaging

Where possible we will try to consolidate products into a single shipment. However, due to the often large and awkward sizes of our onyx marble pieces we will ship in multiple parcels. You will not be additionally charged for multiple packages unless, unusual special requests are made.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create  a separate order for each distinct location.

Returns

Boleika is committed to providing quality products to you, our valued collector. Boleika  Return Policy is intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly processing of your return requests.

Our 30-day money back guarantee enables you to return your purchase within 30 days HOWEVER, you must contact Boleiks Customer Service Associate within 2 days of receiving product for approval to return, and  return merchandise authorization. . Return shipping charges may apply. 

How to Process Your Return

All products intended for return must be authorized by a Customer Service Associate and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. Contact Boleika Customer Service Team at  505-595-4192 or 505-610-3482 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization.

Return Shipping

Boleika guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any item that does not meet product criteria as stated on product item in catalog. Boleika will cover all shipping costs in this instance. 

Boleika special orders are custom-made and non-returnable.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs on items returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect.

Please note:  Greenscapes have living plants and every effort is made to ship in ideal conditions.  Greenscapes are non-returnable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
